Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. One brand space, 20 assets, 100 MB and unlimited editors, with no card required. Upgrade only when you need private spaces, more brands or white label.
What counts as a brand space?
A brand space is one brand’s home: its logos, colors, fonts, guidelines and collections, all behind one shareable link. Agencies typically run one brand space per client.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited editors and viewers. You pay for brand spaces and storage, not seats, so you can invite your whole team and every client.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately. If you exceed the brand space, asset or storage limits of your plan, we will ask you to upgrade before adding more.
How does Brandy compare on price to Frontify, Brandfolder or Bynder?
Those platforms are sold as enterprise contracts that commonly run from $500 to $2,500 a month. Brandy starts at $0, and a full agency setup with 25 client brands is $50 a month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Plans can be billed monthly or annually. Contact us for annual pricing and for Enterprise agreements with a custom MSA.
